Famille Paquet "En Crèches" Saint-Véran '19

Since taking over their family’s 12-hectare property in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, in 2016, the three brothers behind Famille Paquet—Camille, Mathieu, and Jean-Baptiste—have been developing their vineyards into their ideal domaine. They now have almost 30 hectares in multiple appellations in the Mâconnais. Using a minimal-intervention approach to winemaking and organic principles, they are focused on high quality and accessibility, two descriptors seldom used together when talking about wine from Burgundy. It’s rare to find high-quality Chardonnay from Burgundy that’s also accessible to most of us wine drinkers.
